The extension has a bunch of reports that gives you the information to understand what customers' segments abandon their carts more often, perform A/B tests of your reminder email templates.
Abandoned Cart Report by Customer Group
You can see all necessary details to understand how customers from different customer groups behave on your site. The following metrics are calculated for each customer group:
